Background
The previous contractor had been dismissed, leaving the project significantly off schedule. This made the initial inspection a huge task, since every room and floor they started had to be checked to quantify the full scope of what was left to complete.
By the time we could start, the hotel was at regular occupancy, so every minute was critical in getting rooms turned around and back to full operations.

Our team worked relentlessly to deliver a finished product as quickly as possible and make up for the lost time from the failed contractor.
