Working with the United Nations World Food Programme, we implemented artist Victor Ash’s “Zero Hunger” as the tallest mural in the city of Oakland. As part of a campaign to bring awareness to global food injustice, this monumental fixture transforms the downtown Marriott into a beautiful call to action.

MC Contracting sponsored the project as well as led the permitting and safety process to prep the building ahead of the mural’s completion. We are very proud to be part of bringing this inspiring piece to the public in a big way.
